An error occured and your squad wasn't saved .
Can anyone help me .. i can't change my squad neither from my ps5 cosole nor from the ea fc companion app .. it says .. an error occured and your squad wasn't saved .

Found the solution. You 1st create a new Team. Add your existing player 1 by 1. Sava & exit your squad. There will be an error. Go back to FUT and go your squad. See the players that are missing from your squad. They are the one causing the issue.
You fill in those missing players with other players. Then you can start finding and playing playing a game. After that game finishes, you can add back those problematic players
