Anyone else do the Gattuso futties SBC and didn't get him?

I've been messaging EA support back and forth for a week and they said I'm not the only one this has happened to

@oscarmau89 Gattuso futties was a objective as far as I remember and not SBC.

If you have not quick sold or submitted into SBC then EA help should be able to assist you on missing item/players. try approaching EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/

Thanks for the correction. Yeah I'm currently in contact with EA help just waiting on a resolution
