[ASAP PLS] Serious bug report - infinite objective package

Coin wipe for 5000+ packs its crazy.. I build up my packs for toty just for some dude glitch and have 100x times more packs that i have getting it fair and square. Ea must understand the desperation we as fair players have, just banned people with 83 x 10 more than 50 maybe how hard is it.. Its almost imposible for player too have that many packs, ea can reverse wrong players packed before but now cannot do anything about unlimited 83 x 10 im so confuse and disapointed
