Back in UT after 4 years

Yeah, of course.

Not sure how much it changed in 4/5 years honestly, I had a little bit of burnout last time (it was after Covid lockdowns) and I stopped to play PS games at all.

I won't surely be back to play it as much as before.

I never liked the direction the game was playing, with superplayers available after a couple of months, and by mid-season with tons of superplayers, but anyway I always liked the game itself so maybe I will give it a try, even if it'll be a little bit expensive (I'll need to buy not just the game itself but also the PS essential subscription to play online).

Not sure how much the dynamics of UT changed in the meantime, maybe it's quite similar 🙂

Don't worry time on the pitch way less than ever and certainly compared to 20. Wasn't that the one where so many objectives were in rivals and had to score with certain players with lobbed through passes, crosses, and in wins etx etc etc and of course 30 wl games and no one would ever think about quitting. 

Now its just get 7 rival wins with so little fuss, just quit out if not going well etc. As for wl very similar 20 games isn't as much as it seems at all and now over more days. Finally sb, 4 min halves rather than 6 so yes in short literally way shorter time in playing what it took to do the same things compared to fifa 20.

I just downloaded EaFc last night after several years away from it, first thing I notice is that the servers are really bad, the in game menus is superslow and freezing, the gameplay is slow and iam struggling to turn my players around, idk it was for free but i dont think i get another game from them, its just a very bad game sadly to say.

This seems to be far better than it was before, as I was hating those crazy objectives (as you said with crosses, lobbed through passes, ...).

Playing less time is better, while for example to do SBCs with webapp isn't a problem as I often have spare time without being on PS.

There is new promos every week everyone has an amazing team and just min maxes after the first month. There is never ending sbcs people do them so fast and so often they ban themselves.

To see superplayers early in the game will always be a mistake at my eyes, but that's the game unlucky.

Not sure about why people get banned for doing SBCs, I'm always been a great user of webapp exactly to do them without being on PS, it was easy and funny.

I get it in the old days it actually took a long time to get a good team and it forced you into the store more. The upside was once you got some good players they lasted a lot longer.

I don’t see the community wanting the old way back so doubt it will ever change if anything we will get even more better players.

Yeah, I understand it.

That's not what I like, but I'm just one.

I'll never buy something in the store as it's not my style (despite having great teams in past, especially in the last year when I pulled Mbappe one month after the game was out) and I surely liked more when promos where few and rare (as it was giving more importance to the existing players and to the promo themselves).

I'm never been a great player but there's no big difference if I don't get great results. I just hate to see a tons of objectives without being able to do them (because they require too much time, as it was in the past) as it disturbes me, even if (of course) I could just think "I don't care that much". But everyone is different.

I also came back. Last i played was 21. SO i started of with fc24 to get a feel for it again. But i noticed EA didnt change at al... The companion app transfer market needs to be unlocked but the list provided does not give any hard requirements. How can this company get waway with this kind of policy? How on earth can you prevent people randomly from using the full potential of an app that is for a game you actually pay for.....
