Bad Gameplay

They are not any better. After the last update, manual defense play is  broken.

Most players select tactical defense in their formations. It's not football anymore  it's rugby now. Pushing the midfield with high press, taking the ball tackling with  strikers.

This what you have learned in previously versions has has no use anymore .

Beautiful football actions are gone - its forging the walls.

Unfortunately due to arbitrary gameplay, unfair AI advantage dynamic difficulty adjustment the game is inconsistent and frustrating. I swear I’m not playing human opponents online as they a seem to play in a linear way game after game. I have to manage the game. Playing the fantasy cup first 10 games was ok, but as soon as I did that the next 10 feel totally different and AI overpowered.  I never understand how my opponent seems to jockey totally differently to me and also able to anticipate a pass as the AI is reading your joypad movements. If you constantly wiggle the pad all over the place you can see this with your own eyes. Scam game at its finest.

Also, when decide to score own goals because of boredom, my so called human opponent celebrates the same cut scene. All seems very fishy to me.
