After three days that i have purchased the fc24 my account get banned without anyone answer to my mail
i have just play a few games without be rude, without cheating and without something that dont be accepted from the term of service please remove the ban and if i have do something wrong tell me what is this so i can know why i lost my money
as i see a lot of customers complain about the same issue if you also are banned make a new topic so we can let them know they have an issue and let them fix it
