Blocked from transfer market on PC/app

I’m blocked from the using the transfer market unless playing in game, I have recently moved to be a PC player and cannot access it on this account however I am able to access it on my old PlayStation account through the web app (tied to the same email address) even though I haven’t played a game and I play 10+ daily since EA FC 24
