I’m having a similar problem, I can’t connect to ultimate team on the console or the web companion app or website.
Our modem was reset yesterday but I couldn’t connect before this either
On the web app it was I said I was logged in somewhere else but I’m not.
It’s quite dissapointing ans I only just bought the game. All I want to do is play team but I have to jump through lots of hoops to do so…
btw I can connect to the ea servers in other modes just not ultimate team.

I have a problem accessing Ultimate Team. When I access the Ultimate Team option, the game remains in this screen , and nothing else can be done... I need help.
i tryed everything like( restart , re-download , use Different device ) and it's same problem ... I can reach Pro Clubs... and the rest of game modes ... Only Ultimate Team have this problem- @xKararW7shx My dear friends can you please pay attention and just see the solution in the messages above. I have mentioned it like 50 times, all you need to do is change the language in game settings to a different one.
yes the same things happened to me
- So what happens to people that have this problem, they can just quit the game or what? Does it go away after a while? Is it EA having * servers and people buying on discount? This is a disgrace and truthfully this company should be put on trial and oh boy not just for selling crap that doesn't work but a bunch of other things.

I can connect on the companion app now but still can’t on the PS5…
I'm also having the same problem. Won't let me connect on PC and web companion app says I'm logged in somewhere else. Mobile app logs in but my squad is full of players I don't recognise and the team name is completely wrong.

Having same problem too. Just bought the game, cant acces FUT from the beginning. Hopes the's help for this

1 - Unlink EA From Steam Or Epic ....
2 - Create NEW Account EA From (Another Network)
3 - Link Steam Or Epic ..... With The New EA
4 - Open EAFC24 And Enjoy Your Ultimate Team.

I've tried everything too even setup a new account still doesn't work, it's an ea problem i think cos anyone who got the game the last few day's seems to be having this problem

I have done all the steps but none are working, my connection is fine as I can get in pro clubs.
