Can’t connect to ultimate team

Since yesterday i can’t connect to ultimate team, it starts and then keep getting an error message “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main men...

    Hey @abiomy 

    Try also restarting your router to help resync your account. 

    Use the UT web app or companion app to create a brand new squad with different players and set it as your main squad before testing the game again.

same problem, I recently bought the game and today I tried to enter ultimate team mode for the first time and this error appears, all online modes work normally except ultimate team mode. this is very frustrating. My friend bought it and it worked normally for him. This error seems to only occur with some people. I've read so many people with this problem for a long time here on the forum that I have no hope of when they will resolve it. ☹️
