Can’t connect to ultimate team

Since yesterday i can’t connect to ultimate team, it starts and then keep getting an error message “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main men...

Hey @abiomy

Try also restarting your router to help resync your account.

Use the UT web app or companion app to create a brand new squad with different players and set it as your main squad before testing the game again.

I have the same issue, it started suddenly yesterday when i was kicked out of the game. Unable to connect to companion app also, so can't do the steps suggested by @EA_Pulsar in the start of this thread.

I have the same problem just came on today I’m confused to why it’s not working, I use my girlfriends email I don’t know if it’s something to do with that?, but I can’t log into my ultimate team says the same as other comments, also I can’t go into companion app please help??!

@EA_Pulsar Could you please help me, also have the same problem, my internet is perfectly fine but can’t log into companion app and just keeps saying can’t connect to ultimate team, thank you

I can’t connect to my ultimate team this BS fix it y’all need to fix this problem yo you guys just counting our money while we here struggling tryna fix a problem which is your guys fault come on yo fix the severs
