Can’t Enter A Game

I have tried playing Ultimate team, squad battles, Rivals and whenever I try starting a match it will not let me. It tells me to try again but it is a continuous cycle and it’s been going on since yesterday afternoon. Get it fixed please

    @EA_Aljo OK so here's what I think happened and it helped. I had completed the 86+ sbc and since then I wasn't able to login to the.game. wasn't even aware about the Glitch.

    I think when I submitted that sbc and due to the glitch and when it was removed, the players I had sent into the sbc were still there in my team and bench,which is why i kept getting that error I just logged back on mu wifi and am back in the game

    Hi there, @Isaacrodriguez9 

    Thanks for reaching out. I'll see if I can help you with this. Let's try a simple reset first. TO do this, please unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

    Facing the same issue since last evening.  Can't enter any game modes. Even Uninstalled and reinstalled my game

    What system are you playing on and are you using a wired or wireless connection? Also, what is happening when you try to enter any mode?

    @EA_Aljo I'm on the PlayStation 5. I'm not able to play any game mode in FUT. Everytime I try to start a game I get a error message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will be returned to the main menu." And it exits FUT. It's almost 24.hours now haven't been able to.get into a game.

    @mooziek 

    As a test, try switching your connection to a mobile hotspot and let me know if that connects. Again, this is only a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.

    @EA_Aljo connecting the ps to my mobile Hotspot helped I was able to join a game. Should I try switching back to the regular wifi?

    @mooziek 

    The problem is most likely with your wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away? Also, did you try power cycling as I suggested previously in this thread?
