Can’t play ultimate team
Hi need help Since Friday I can’t play ultimate I get an error my internet is stable and my isp claimed that it’s not their isdue can someone help?

Please try the following steps to help with this error:
- Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
