Please try the following steps to help with this error:
- Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.

i did all this
i can connect to ea servers
i just can’t play ultimate
I have nat type 2
and Google dns

Yeah I get the same thing, everything takes to long to load and also when in games it kicks me out of ultimate team, it has been happening since Thursday
I also have a good connection result, I have my PlayStation connected through Ethernet everything else works fine and have good speed except ultimate team

it is not a connection or internet problem
i have tried to log on from another ps
in another location with different isp
and i got the same error
so pls check
Cause it’s something with my account or team
if you can’t solve this error pls reply and I will open another case to get my money back
