Can’t play ultimate team

When I’m on the EAFC25 homescreen and want to play Ultimate Team, as soon as the loading screen goes away a message with “one moment please” (something like that my game is not in English) pops up and just doesn’t go away. It’s been an hour, I’ve restarted EAFC and even tried to remove the game and redownload it but it doesn’t work. Does anyone else have this problem?
