Can Anyone Help Me to Check When I Can Get The Web App & Phone App Access?

I purchased the game on 04/11/2023 and have been playing at least 6-7 games per day. However, I still do not have access to the web app and phone app transaction market.

This is causing a significant inconvenience as I am unable to complete any SBCs on my phone or the website and cant purchase and sell players through the app since 04/11?!

Could someone please check and let me know why I am unable to access these features up to today?

    Hey @TongChen3  

    I understand how useful the mobile transfer market is for trades in Ultimate Team. Unfortunately, it is not something we can manually unlock for anyone. 

      

    The following article explains how to earn access to it, and if it's still locked, continue to play Ultimate Team and use it in the game. You can unlock it only through playing more games and completing other activities in Ultimate Team.
