Can I make sure I get my W

Been like this for 10 minutes. The win is obviously mine but my opponent has but has rubber banned his controller in hopes he somehow doesn’t get a loss. Can anyone help here? I’d like to continue playing the game. 
I’ve rubber banded now, this guys got nothing to lose apparently hahaha. 
request: someone from EA please kill the session and record the 2-1 win for CyberMadrid.

    The game is still ongoing as I don’t want to get an L like everyone else experiencing the glitch today. This is for my 10th champs win and it’s hard enough to play this game as it is. Last thing I want is an undeserved L.

    This begs the question: 

    with everything else EA watches, how is there not an automatic kill switch for sessions that go beyond a reasonable amount of time. It’s been 30 minutes. No game would ever go that long unless something’s bugged…
