Cannot Connect to Ultimate Team EAFC25

Hi,

This is becoming beyond frustrating. For the past 3 days I am having issues connecting to EAFC25 Ultimate team. I have tried everything under the sun, which is as follows:

- Restarting my Router (ALL OTHER ONLINE GAMES WORK PERFECTLY FINE)

- Downloading the companion App and Switching squads

- Using the companion App to create new squad (blank AND filled) and DELETING ALL OTHER formations

- Clearing Caches

- Uninstalling and Re- Installing the game 

- Using the companion app BUT EXPERIENCING LOG IN ISSUES

NOTHING HAS WORKED. I have reached out no response. I have tweeted at EA Direct NO RESPONSE. 

Can someone please assist. This IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING.

    To further add:

    - I click on Ultimate Team tab on game - Opens and forever stays loading

    - Message finally pops up - Connecting to Ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu

    Days experiencing issue: 3 days - NOV 7th started... its now NOV 9th 2024
