Cannot evolve a base icon after applying the Red FUT Champs

@sanket_360 A cosmetic change that alters how a card functions is no longer a "cosmetic" change. This is a bug from EA's side, and players were not warned about its side effect before applying the Red evolution. Hence, instead of being rewarded by achieving a certain WL wins, I am being punished.

The solution I provided above (exchanging my red Beckham with an untradeable base icon Beckham) is pretty straightforward and easy to do.

@EA_Aljo , @EA_Darko , @EA_Illium , @EA_Kent , @EA_LeonSK  I am ready to load up EA FC Points to complete the "Legends of the Pitch" evo, but I could not spend those EA FC Points because of the above bug. I am having a problem with spending EA FC Points on this game.

You guys have been online since my post, can you stop ignoring my post and answering my question?

    I have a problem of evolving a base icon after turning them red. It was supposed to be cosmetic change only, but now it makes my base Beckham ineligible for the "Legends of the Pitch" evo.

    A pretty simple solution would be exchanging the card: you can take away my red Beckham, and give me back an untradeable base Beckham.

    Or you can revert my red Beckham back to the base icon card.

    This needs to be fixed ASAP, otherwise the evo will expire. Details are below:

    • Platform: PC
    • Account: asromafanisme
    • Evolution you're trying to activate: Legends of the Pitch
    • Name, Rating, and Version of the Item you're selecting for this Evolution: David Beckham, 88, Base Icon
    • Do you have other versions of the same player? No
    • Did you discard another Evo item of that player in the past? No
    • Error message received when you try to select the player: No error message, he just does not show up in the eligible player list, despite meeting all the requirements of the evo

        So can you advise how can I follow up with my original issue? Nobody has attempted to look at my issue yet.
