Cannot Load UT from Start Screen. Stuck On Load Screen

I have had issues with this game since day one of pre release... I has been nothing but a hassle and a struggle to play. And now I cannot even play the game anymore. I have reset my entire PC and Windows due to not being able to play my one game. Fifa UT is stuck on just the loading screen as you enter from the beginning. Everything else works except UT. I was at first able to play UT with crashes every game but now I cant even get to the main screen in UT because it will not even load from just clicking UT to go to the main portion of UT. I seriously need help with this issue. I have spent hours and money on this game and I cannot even play it. Please help
