Same issue here. Live chat unable to provide any real help or advise. Anybody managed to find a fix or solution to this yet?

@CS7102 I'm having exactly the same issue I think it's something to do with putting an evolved player Into an sbc at some point in my case Dalot and now I have another evolved dalot in my duplicate stash and I can't open packs
