Can't acces market in game

Hello , I got a big problem since yersteday(16 hours since i m typing this) 

I did some Sniping from market to get credit and buy better player, not long after i keep having same message from market and i can't acces to it AT ALL 

I want to say i m not using any bots , nothing , i m playing on computer 

My guess is : i got soft banned cuz EA was thinking i m botting but when i contact support ( 3 times already ) they can't do anything. Also, i pay pre order 100€to get access before , and now it's *. When i m asking them something to get back ( like EA FC point ) they don't give me anything. 

I bought a game , i can't play , they don't do anything.
