Can't do SBC's on web app
I've been unable to complete SBC's on web app for a whole day now. It works fine on console and companion app but on PC it's not.
The best I can advise is to slow down with completing SBCs.

Try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. If that works, clear your cache and cookies. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
It worked again but after a while I got soft banned again. Can you please tell us how this soft ban gets triggered so that I can avoid letting it happen, I would appreciate it a lot.

The best I can advise is to slow down with completing SBCs.
Its ridiculous that we can't use a game feature as much as we want. "Slow down doing sbcs", you wouldn't see EA saying that if it were "slow down opening packs". Absolute joke to implement soft bans into a single player feature of the game.
