Can't download fc24. it been past 5 days . not good from EA

How should I install fc24 on playstation. I have preordered it but since last 5 days i have been trying to download the fc24 and it doesn't give me option to download it nor ea has sent any email to me regarding how to download.

    Restart your console and check again if you will search for EA Sports FC 24 in the Store. Please make sure you are on the right account so log out and sign back in again. 

    Alternatively, you can try to download it remotely from the app.

    • Download the PlayStation app and sign in with the same account as your PS5.
    • Make sure both your phone and console are on the same Wi-Fi network.
    • The app will show you your console's games and settings.
    • If you didn't link the app during setup, go to the Play tab, open Settings, and tap Link Console to App.
    • Select your console and confirm. To remotely install games, make sure your console is on or in rest mode.
    • Open the Game Library tab, find the game in your library, go to Games > Purchased, and tap the game you want to install. Click Download to Console and wait for the installation to finish. Enjoy playing on your PS5!

    Hey @abrarparvez6 

    You should be able to search and download the game from PlayStation store. 

    If you have early access to the game (depending on the game version you purchased) just look for the game in the Store. 

    Make sure that your purchase transaction was completed already.

    @EA_Pulsar Im at the playstore on the eafc24 game page. It doesn't give me option to download or install. It displays just the like button .
