Can't duplicate/copy squads

A couple of days ago, started getting an error when I copy a squad. The error occurs in game, web app or mobile companion. The error triggered when I click "create" after giving a name to the squad. ...

    Can you try creating a new squad instead of copying an existing one?

    @EA_Aljo Somehow, creating a new one and then trying copy the other ones, seems to be the solution. Thanks
