cant link my twitch account. (@disabled.ea.com)

 I can't link my EA account to Twitch. I mean.. when I log in to my Twitch account, I can see I'm connected my EA account, in FC24, the ''Connect your twitch account'' mission is not completed. I connected my Youtube channel to EA but I couldn't do the same for Twitch. When I log in to EA from internet site from https://myaccount.ea.com/ I can't see my  Twitch account at 'Connections'. And when I press 'connect' button next to the Twitch, it says:

(turkish.) it says there is connected accounts already. But I have no idea what the ''a2*****@disabled.ea.com'' is. That Twitch account and this EA account are my only accounts. I have no other EA or Twitch accounts. So I can't take that ''Mega Pack'' prize. I need help.
