Can't Play any online modes in ultimate team

Cannot play any online modes in ultimate team, be it rivals, champs, online draft, or any other online mode. On selecting rivals or any other online mode message checking network connection comes up but within in a second, it is send back to mode selection. Only squad Battle works, rest is dead. Help needed.

    Hi there, @Kropha87 

    Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help get you playing again. First,  I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router and console.
    2. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely.
    3. Then plug in your console and start it up.

    It’s wireless. In the same room though. 

    this was meant for FC25 not 24. 

    my internet is 500mbps.

    @Cookie221090 

    Even in the same room, disconnects and lag are going to happen. Can you switch to a wire to see if there's a difference? If you can do that, make sure you power cycle your network equipment and console/PC. Whichever you're playing on.
