Can't play rivals

Anytime I try play rivals it kicks me back to main screen. Rush, evo lounge and SB work fine, my little brother went on his account on same ps5 and his worked perfectly, I spoke to ea help twice and the said it's a global issue but have seen nothing about it, to spend £90 on a game and not be able to play the main mode is unbelievable, someone needs to fix this
