Eafc24 web app trying to submit a better build up from foundations V and can't submit it

I cant submit sbc but i do all the requirements.
Its say i need 1 player from barcelona and sevilla.I have christensen and januzaj.
All parameters are met. And will not let me submit for a week now. Nothing works, please fix this
