Can't submit SBC's | PS5

I cannot submit any sbc's on the PS5 version of my game. When I try to submit I get an error: "There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." I first got this error last night, so I waited until today to try again and I'm still getting this error. I can submit sbc's on the Web App.

I know of an error last year when trying to submit an sbc with a player from one of your squads. I don't think this is the same, I'm not submitting anything from my squad.

Any help would be appreciated.
