Can't turn in SBC

I am trying to complete the 87 max icon pick and completed one of the squads however when trying to submit the other one it says i cannot connect to ea servers at this time and get removed to the main menu. I can submit other sbcs however i have put a lot of my players into the first squad of the sbc and now cannot even complete it
