Can't turn in SBC

I completed the Milan v PSG section of the sbc. But I can’t submit the F.C kobenhavn vs Man U sbc. On console when I hit submit, an error message pops up saying “CONNECTING TO ULTIMATE TEAM IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THE MOMENT. YOU WILL NOW BE RETURNED TO THE MAIN MENU”. And on the web app it says failed to submit.

I later realized I was using a glitched danjuma card for the sbc. (It”s a duplicate card but somehow I have two same cards in my club).
Ah okay, I’m pretty sure that’s not the case for me, tried it with multiple different players
