Can't turn in SBC

Still having the problem. Ive been talking to the EA helpdesk through e-mail, but all they can do is send my information to development. So I have no idea what comes from that.
After managing to do the Blanc SBC (thank god) I actually got the error message again when trying to turn in the new Icon Max 89 SBC. I turned in the first 86 team and on the second team (83) I got the message again. Meaning I cant complete the SBC, wasting multipe 87-89 players in the proces on the 86 SBC.
Ive added a screenshot with proof from the Ultimate Team web app. But im getting the same error on mobile app and ps5.
