Can't turn in SBC

Every time I go to submit an SBC I get disconnected to the main menu out of ultimate after getting a "Connecting to Ultimate is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu". This happened after trying to submit the second part of the 82+ TOTW Player Pick and the Mark11 SBC. Same goes for the FC24 web app when I try and submit it gives me an error message. I've tried everything from restarting my game, console and swapping out players. Nothing works.
