Capcha annoying

i frequently use the ea web app to snip players with lower price but recently due to my trip back to hometown the internet wasn't very good so after just few snipes the page or the app reload itself and after few reloads it appears a capcha, it happen multiple times a day and i worried that i might get banned cause i read that capcha only show up if the game thought i was a bot even though i can't buy any players

I really need help because the web app is the only thing i can play in this lack of gears and internet condition

    @NorManQa You obviously need to be careful if capcha is repeatedly occurring.

    Try connecting your device with a LAN cable rather than wifi as it is obviously the connection causing the issue which the server is not happy with.

    @SumFiiin sadly my iphone and laptop doesn't have lan port ☹️ i can connect when family members slept but then there is almost no one selling anything on the market

    Hey there @NorManQa

    Well I suppose that is your exact situation then, as you have found out. The capcha will appear if the internet connection is not secure enough whether that be through quality of service or connectivity.

    So you are at your own risk using your account in such network conditions, I would advise to tread carefully so no errors/glitches disrupt your active transfers.

    ...tbh it's not much fun when it's like that, I have experienced a similar situation when on holiday away from home, better to have good connection rather than mess about with network issues that can't be fixed immediately.
