You more than likely got banned for buying coins then, which would only be for FC24.
He and a fair amount of people got banned for "exploiting the transfer market" and EA (their computer system) auto bans you and EA claims the ban is correct.
Total lie and they don't look into it. What more than likely happens is the OP was doing some trading and brough an extinct bronze card for 250 coins or so and sold it on for 10k and every time you dispute it, the claim is closed, because... the computer is correct..
