Coin disappeared

Why my fifa23 point can’t transfer to eafc 24? when I open webapp on eafc24 I found no coin inside? What’s the problem?

    Coins do not carry across from old versions of the game, they never have, only FIFA points carry across. Your coins will stay in fifa 23 but never appear in FC 24, sorry always been that way and it is fair that everyone starts the same.
