Cole Palmer TOTS Card - just bought and kicked from UT if in my team

Just bought the PALMER TOTS card and since then I cannot use him or sell him. If I put in team I get kicked. I can’t sell bc his “price has changed” bc “market heating up.” help please

When I get kicked, the prompt says cannot connect to ultimate team servers and sends me back to main menu

Where's my Baggio?
I completed the SBC, I have the 5 game loan version but not the full player. Anyone else getting this. I checked on the game and companion app and there's no sign of him.

Did not receive FC Points.
I had made transaction through my Companion App and the amount for the FC Points was debited from my bank account but I did not recieve the fc points.
