It's even more frustrating as live chat have said the only way of EA doing something is writing in these forums as they don't have access to be able to recover it manually for me or even just give me 1 recovery to get it back, it's getting incredibly frustrating as I use the companion a lot and this has pretty much put an end to that as I'm not risking it again, more so It's putting me off even playing the game as it's a player who will be viable till the end of the game cycle and a player I've always wanted. I've attached a photo for clarification that I'm not lying and that this happened, it's a joke.
