Companion App not tracking Play Time

The companion App is not tracking playtime in the game. I've been playing every day since 29th September and I checked the playtime stats on the companion app now, 3rd of October, and it says 0 hours, 0 mins and 0 seconds played? Also 0/0 matches this week. 

I've attached an image of the playtime tracker. 

I've also attached an image of my progress in Squad battles which show's I've played 11 Matches in that mode, but still 00 games on Playtime tracker on APP.

Why is the App not tracking playtime? and is this affecting me not having access to the Transfer Market in App?

    How long does it take to get access?

    How long it takes to unlock the Transfer Market is based on a few different factors.

    • Your account history and if it’s in good standing by following the EAS FC rules.

    • How many different Ultimate Team™ accounts you’re using on the same device.

    • How many active days of Ultimate Team™ you’ve played.
      • An active day is when you’ve played three full matches in Ultimate Team™ and logged into the Web or Companion App within a calendar day, following UTC timezones, per Ultimate Team™ account.

    Playing more than three matches per day won’t increase your chances of unlocking the Transfer Market.

    Below are some examples of how many active days of playing it takes to get access to the Transfer Market.

    • For an Ultimate Team™ account that’s in good standing, and is the only account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, playing two active days would normally earn you access.

    • For an Ultimate Team™ account in good standing that’s not the only Ultimate Team™ account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, it would take at least four active days to earn access. Depending on the number of Ultimate Team™ accounts used on a device, it could take longer.
      • If you share your device with siblings or friends who also play Ultimate Team™, it may take more time to gain access on each Ultimate Team™ account.

    Please make sure you take a look at the bolded part, playing 100 games a week won't speed it up.

    @EA_Darko 

    You are attacked because you help nothing at all. Everyone understands you can't personally unlock the transfer market for us, but you keep linking the same useless article, saying that we have to keep play and close the topics without helping us. It is very disrespectful. It would be better if you said that you forwarded our issue to the proper team and it will be investigated.

    Most of us paid quite a bit of money for the ultimate edition, but EA discriminates against us. You show no willingness to help us, so don't be surprised that everyone is upset.

    @EA_Darko What is the reasoning behind this approach? Everybody pays the same amount for this game why should some people get access to all features straight away and some do not?

    I have the same issue, after each login "This week" minutes reset. How is it not relevant to to transfer market unlock if you cannot check the gametime properly? How can the backend know if we played on each day for x days to unlock if it is not stored properly? When can we expect a fix on that?

  • As stated, playtime is not tracking and as such I cannot unlock access to the transfer market in the companion app or web app for Ultimate Team.

    Hi EA_Darko​ I know I am about 2 years late but I would like to add that i have been playing the game for around 6 months in total and yet my playtime is not being tracked and I have everything enabled to be tracked aswel I would just like to know if you could tell me anything thats not new from the information that was given above? Thanks.
