Companion App not tracking Play Time

The companion App is not tracking playtime in the game. I've been playing every day since 29th September and I checked the playtime stats on the companion app now, 3rd of October, and it says 0 hours, 0 mins and 0 seconds played? Also 0/0 matches this week. 

I've attached an image of the playtime tracker. 

I've also attached an image of my progress in Squad battles which show's I've played 11 Matches in that mode, but still 00 games on Playtime tracker on APP.

Why is the App not tracking playtime? and is this affecting me not having access to the Transfer Market in App?

    How long does it take to get access?

    How long it takes to unlock the Transfer Market is based on a few different factors.

    • Your account history and if it’s in good standing by following the EAS FC rules.

    • How many different Ultimate Team™ accounts you’re using on the same device.

    • How many active days of Ultimate Team™ you’ve played.
      • An active day is when you’ve played three full matches in Ultimate Team™ and logged into the Web or Companion App within a calendar day, following UTC timezones, per Ultimate Team™ account.

    Playing more than three matches per day won’t increase your chances of unlocking the Transfer Market.

    Below are some examples of how many active days of playing it takes to get access to the Transfer Market.

    • For an Ultimate Team™ account that’s in good standing, and is the only account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, playing two active days would normally earn you access.

    • For an Ultimate Team™ account in good standing that’s not the only Ultimate Team™ account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, it would take at least four active days to earn access. Depending on the number of Ultimate Team™ accounts used on a device, it could take longer.
      • If you share your device with siblings or friends who also play Ultimate Team™, it may take more time to gain access on each Ultimate Team™ account.

    Please make sure you take a look at the bolded part, playing 100 games a week won't speed it up.

    Hey @ApocIsTakenn as it says, it normally would be 2 days but does not say that it will be.

  • Sshhh guys! There is no bug or problem Darko will come up and say no bug just continue play like a bot. They don’t care about us :D

  • I have the same issue. I played like 100 games total, market still not unlocked. Started with early access on 22th, played nearly every day. Playtime counts not well, it shows 0 matches and as you see, I played a lot, even today. Ps5 ingame shows different playtime btw. Something is completly wrong. Also happens that my settings change to default and i have to select favorite team at beggining again without doing anything. So wierd.

  • Hi,

    Playtime is not working, i can't track the number of my matches played. It keeps resetting after each 2 matchs.

    I play more than 20 matchs a day and it says 2 or 0 matchs and 0 time played in console.

    Don't close my topic, as a community and loyal customer we need answers.
