Companion App

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue when trying to log into the EA FC 25 Companion App on my phone. Every time I attempt to sign in, I receive a message saying that my account doesn't have an Ultimate Team set up. However, I'm already logged into Ultimate Team on my PS5 without any issues, and my EA Play account credentials match those used on my console.

Here are the steps I’ve already tried:

1. Ensured that my PS5 account is correctly linked to my EA Play account.

2. Logged into Ultimate Team on my PS5 without any problems.

3. Reinstalled the Companion App and checked for updates.

4. Verified that my login credentials are correct.

Despite these steps, I’m still getting the same error on the Companion App.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
