Completed the fof crafting upgrades by objective not updated snd sbc dissapeared

I have completed the crafting upgrade but the objective says I've completed 159 out of 160 and hasn't updated the objective. I have completed all 160 and the sbc has disappeared. Please fix

@BassKadetz-DNB Same issue here. Spent all afternoon crafting the upgrades, completed all 160, SBC now no longer on the menu as all 160 submissions have been completed but objective stuck at 159. Absolute joke.
