I got this error Connecting to the Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment on PS5, how to fix? I didn't get same error on second account

@skyefung12 Exactly the same here. I tried my daughter’s account on my Xbox and it’s fine so no idea what’s going on.

How do we get help with this? It’s quite worrying as a search shows a lot of people with the issue and no fix at all.
