The Problem is companies like EA they think like customers are dependant to them...
This is the sign of this unresponsive situation... They do not care or answer for 8 hours , can you believe that ?
This is unacceptable, I'm seriously thinking to change and find another options for only this reason...
I don't really care if this is official or not, I just want to have fun with my free-time but Companies like EA do not care about customer satisfaction or support.
Who's gonna give 8 hours back? Do they care ? No... Are they gonna work to compensate this ? No...
Bro, even you find someone 8 hours is a big time for Major incidents...
Companion doesnt work, Game is broken, and other stuff... Means garbage...
What they will do? They will send all users a cheap message apologizing and continue act like this for future.......
The only thing you can do as a customer, to leave EA and EAFC to send a massive message, which I'm thinking to go their rivals...

I would guess that you will have to wait for them to come to work. I dunno if they have been off for holidays or not but it’s also off hours in Canada so even for a normal work day they are probably off.
But hopefully they have it up soon. I know a lot of people enjoy playing the game.

The same here, on PC. Since yesterday 10pm cannot log in. As this issue does not affect fifa points, no need to do anything...right EA??!!!
What a company!!!
Clearing cache on EA App or changing DNS settings did not help, it is clearly on their end, can you finally work to solve this issue? The fact this applies only to some of the users (and not to all) does not mean you can leave it as it is!!!!

Never seen such service and unresponsive situation from a "Big" company...
I have no words that a company which makes their customer suffer like more than 8 hours, with their all(application, ps5, and others...)
No words...
Sad thing is they will enjoy while reading our comments and do some funny jokes between them...
I'd wish them my very good wishes 😉 in a very absolute kind words 🙂)
