I got this error Connecting to the Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment on PS5, how to fix? I didn't get same error on second account

While entering UT i get "Connecting to Ulitmate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.". i tried restaring pc and router. but still ot working. on the qweb app it says its not possible to log in because im still somehow logged in on pc. please leg me out correctly from UT
@aelbouhdidi My issue is limited to the market both on console and mobile. If you try to connect to the market to retrieve items from the mobile application I get kicked out of the application.
