connecting to ultimate is not possible at this moment in PC

From the day i have buy the game but the UT is not opening tried everything. Please help as they are not iniating the refund neither transfer my game to new account . SO can  anyone help me to resolv...

Which state bro ...u r using airtel xtreme fiber and which plan ?? 

I am using jio fiber 150 mbps plan

but cannot connect to ultimate team...i am from J&K

    @7spidey_1992_ I am also from j&k and using the 60 mb plan and still not be able to connect to UT and tried every possible solutions

      Don't  know wats the issue...Ea is not even fixing this

        @7spidey_1992_ Yeah and they are refusing to give any refund or transfer my game to some other account.
