connecting to ultimate is not possible at this moment in PC

From the day i have buy the game but the UT is not opening tried everything. Please help as they are not iniating the refund neither transfer my game to new account . SO can  anyone help me to resolv...

Don't  know wats the issue...Ea is not even fixing this

    I am switching  to artel fibre 200mbps  plan .. if it still won't  work ...then will have to just curse my luck 🙃
