Connecting to ultimate team error
"connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment" I purchased FC24, gave my money for the game, being such a reputed brand, but service horrible, FC24 purchaser can't login at ultimate tea...

Just gave it another go and it worked

One last question, can you guys play division rivals after entering into Ultimate Team, in my case, I have tried 10+ times to search for an opponent, everytime I get connected to an opponent, the player leaves the match before starting. Means I can't play even single game from last 30 mins. Anyone else facing this issue??? Or it is just me.
Note: After i play my first division rival match, this post will he deleted.
- @shafatali07 I think we have to again open a new thread, that we can't start our match in Division Rivals, opponent are leaving the match every single time. Please reply if you are facing the same problem. Only to newcomers.
Just played first game now. Everything worked fine. Opponent did not leave

I was playing fine until today, April 2nd, 2024….
i cant seem to access the companion app or the Ultimate Team mode in EA FC 24, do you guys face the same issue ??

Same, i wanted to load up 12000 fc points today to try and get cafu before friday.
Seems like we both have faced the same issue at the same time, if we take the time zone difference into consideration,
it seems we are going to miss out on the promo cards, evolutions, weekend league…
this actually unbelievable, i have just got Bobby charlton golazo icon…
so disappointed and i hope that they fix this..
and i cant access the companion app either, keeps telling me that “cant connect to EA account servers”
And whats sad is even if you load up 12,0000 fc points, we are not getting cafu….
i have loaded up 12000 to get bobby, ended up selling xavi TOTY and petr cech Toty just to get him…

Same problem, I got the game when it first come out, kicked out just before 9pm last night. Haven't been able to get back in since, nor on the companion app.
Tried all the suggested "resolutions" none have worked and got through to a chat advisor and got the generic we are looking into it rubbish.
What's infuriating is that my son can still access his on a different console in the same house.
@fb4d44cf6b6f1476 Yes, i had the same problem too, i got kicked out after i finished a game around the same time too, and cant open Ultimate team mode or the app, and i have also tried the solutions,
i really need to know when are they going to fix this, this is extremely annoying.
