"connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment"
I purchased FC24, gave my money for the game, being such a reputed brand, but service horrible, FC24 purchaser can't login at ultimate team, what is the use of buying games then?? No one is solving our problems!! Please help us to get our full game, give us what we want in the game!! Hope someone from EA will look into this matter!!

Yes it seems that way. They have basically taken all of the money we have put into the game, and gone silent. Its insane that this kind of stuff is going on, there must be someone we can escelate to. Im actually feeling phiscally sick at this and getting heart palpitations, its making me ill. EA could actuall end up killing me with the stress of stealing from me.
This game (FC24) is full of glitches, bugs, ultra worst gameplay, & totally waste of money. No one will help you, you will just need to beg everytime to resolve the issues. They failed to keep Fifa standard. I love football but hate this game. Should have never bought in first place, wish I could have seen these issues earlier.
Mine is working in mobile hotspot. What to do now ?
