Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.

Yup. ATT fiber. Seems a lot of people are having issues with this exact provider for just ultimate team but can access every other feature of the game (pro clubs, seasons etc)

Mine is jio fiber....i don't  use ATT FIBER . But the problem still persists
